Your working memory, upgraded
For brains with too many tabs open.
Braindetangler holds what you're carrying, how it connects and when it matters. You stay on top of things, and your head is free to think again.
In private testing. Invites go out in small batches.
Every open thread in one place, each with its next step.
Your head is a bad place to keep all of this.
Open loops you keep rehearsing.
The email you still owe someone. The presentation that's due Friday. You're not doing them, you're carrying them around, and replaying them at night.
Plans spread across too many places.
A notes app, a calendar, a few chats, a sticky note on the fridge and the one tab you never close. None of them knows about the rest.
Everything is connected, and nothing shows it.
One meeting touches three projects. One email moves two deadlines. A list shows tasks one by one, so your head holds how they hang together, until it's full.
A quieter head.
Everything you're carrying sits in one place, and you can see how it connects. You know what's on today and what can wait until later. Nothing hides in a notebook or a forgotten tab.
Less to hold, more room to think. You can finally breathe again.
See how it all hangs together.
Loops are the threads in your life and work: a project, a hire, a move, a renovation. Tasks, notes and people hang off them, so you see the whole picture instead of a long list.
Take one 1:1. Your 1:1 with your manager covers the budget, the review cycle, team direction and the employee appreciation day. Dump your notes afterwards, and each loop gets its own update: the revenue check and the Friday draft for the budget, a question for HR on the reviews, a note on direction, and a start date and a testing owner for the appreciation day. Nothing stays behind in a notebook.
Switch on next steps, and every loop shows what comes next.

Dump. Detangle. Do.
Dump.
Get everything out of your head, in any order. Type a long brain dump, or capture one thing at a time from your phone. It all lands in Incoming, so nothing gets lost on the way.

Detangle.
Every item gets its place: a loop, a task with a due date, or a routine. You choose whether items are accepted automatically or wait for your review, until you trust the sorting.

Do.
Today shows only what's due today, with your routines and your calendar. Give each task a time slot and it lands in your calendar*, so you see what's realistic. Everything else waits in the backlog, at next week, next month or someday, and comes back when it's time.

*Google Calendar, for now.
Bring the AI you already use.
Claude is good at thinking. Braindetangler is good at keeping up. Connect the two, and Claude works in your real plan: ask what fits today, plan your week around your calendar, or ask it to keep you honest about the task that keeps moving.
Questions
Who is it for?
Busy people who need to get everything out of their head and into one place. People running near capacity, with many connected threads, who need more working memory than one head has. And anyone for whom remembering, starting and keeping track take more effort than they should.
Can't I just use Claude as my planner?
You can, and Claude is great at thinking a day through with you. What a chat can't do as well is keep up over weeks: what's open, how it connects and what's due when. Braindetangler holds all that, shows it on your board and your phone, and Claude can read and write it.
Which AI does it work with?
Right now it's built for Claude. It connects as a custom connector, which works on every Claude plan, including Free.
Is there an iPhone app?
Yes, for capturing things, today's board, ticking things off and sorting Incoming. Planning works best on a laptop. There's no Android app yet; the waitlist asks which phone you use, so we know whether to build one.
Where's my data?
In Braindetangler's own database. Claude only reaches it through the connector you add yourself, and you can disconnect it any time. The privacy policy lists every service involved.
