Works with Claude

A planner Claude can read and write.

Claude is good at thinking. Braindetangler is good at keeping up. Connect them once, and Claude plans with you in your real loops, tasks and calendar.

What's on today?

Claude

You have the dentist at 10:30 and a call with the landlord at 14:00. Three tasks are due: send the insurance form, book the car service and draft the team update. Last night's evening routine is still open.

Things you can say

  • Here are my notes from my 1:1. Sort them.

    Claude

Four loops got an update. Q4 budget has two new tasks: confirm the revenue number with finance, and send the draft to Sam and Priya by Friday. Performance reviews has a question for Lena in HR. Team direction has a note. The appreciation day has a task to confirm the dates, with Tom owning testing five days before. It's all in Incoming for you to check.

  • Plan my week around my calendar.

    Claude

Tuesday and Thursday are full of meetings, so I put the deep work on Wednesday morning. Three tasks don't fit this week. Shall I move them to next week, or drop one?

  • What have I been avoiding?

    Claude

The tax return task has moved four times since September. The bike repair loop has had no update for three weeks.

  • Keep me honest about this week.

    Claude

You planned five deep-work blocks and kept two. Both skipped ones were on days with more than four meetings. Want me to plan fewer blocks on those days next week?

Use Claude with your real to-do list

Claude is great at thinking a day through. What a chat can't do as well is keep up over weeks: what's open, how it connects and what's due when. Braindetangler holds that, and Claude works in it.

What Claude can see

  • Claude reaches your Braindetangler data only through the connector you add.
  • Braindetangler only sees what Claude sends it when it uses a tool, like a task to add. It never sees your chats.
  • Claude's own settings decide what it may do, and when it has to ask you first.
  • You can disconnect it any time in Claude's settings.
